Connect your CUHSD account to bring in all active classes, assignments, grades, and calendar events.

In Canvas: Account → Settings → Approved Integrations → New Access Token. If your school disables tokens, this connection needs school approval. Never enter your school password here.

↻ Refreshes every minute while open. Use Refresh any time for an earlier update.

◷ Assignment, quiz, and test reminders automatically clear once they are 30 days overdue. Their assignments and grades stay in your history.

◈ Your saved Canvas token is encrypted on the server and survives logouts and browser changes. Accounts stay separate. Sessions lock after 12 hours. Canvas can still expire or revoke a token.

♧ Reminders need browser permission and an open tab. They use a generic message to keep school details private.

▤ Dismissals, personal events, GPA preferences, and period choices save to your own account. Dismissal never submits work to Canvas.

↗ Opens automatically in about:blank. If your browser blocks automatic popups, your first click opens privacy mode. This hides the address in that tab; history and network activity remain visible.
